The Wellness Diet
1) Take an anti-oxidant high in reveratrol, a multivitamin/mineral, omega -3 fatty acids and probiotic daily
2) include a handful of nuts and seeds and up to 2 tablespoons of healthy oils daily
3) Enjoy a minimum of 2 pieces of fruit(5-9 serves of fruit and vegetables daily is ideal). Carotenoid capsules are essential if you don’t eat enough fruit and vegetables.
4) Include protein rich foods in each meal or snack.
5) Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily
6) Enjoy a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate activity and 30 minutes of fun and relaxation on most days
